I know I am not a perfect person. Like every people, I have many shortcomings, you know, which are hardly to correct. Because these defects have followed me for many years, it is not easy to abandon them. These days, I often think out various ways to do it.
And now I know the most effective way is to control myself and change the bad habits. The first shortcomings I must correct is thinking much before speak and speak slowly. And today, I have made a serious mistake that I should not tell a colleague other's salary. I found that sometimes I take advantage of other s' weakness to obtain interests.
