I have worked to be HR for several years. And I also consider that I am skilled at interview and have strong ability in job analysis and requirements analysis. However, the experience that I have failed in the important interview has given me a big lesson which have made me know myself for a second time.

As you know, I am alwayse prond of my analysis ability. And I also told the interviewer that my this strong ability. Then she wanted me to give a example. Without hesitation, I said that how I finished the difficult position when I recruted.  It seemed that she was puzzled about it. Of couse, it is indeed the fact that I really doing this position perfectly. I haven't think a lot about her confused experession. Now I know that it is my example can not proved my strong analysis ability and it demostrated my other ability. Second I haven't learned her need and requirments and just told her my strength. This all just give her a result that there is a question about my thinking ability. Therefore, I don't understand myself deeply.

In conclusion,  I indeed should try to think a lot before speaking and speak more slow than before.Only this, I can improved myself.
