China's Lawmakers Turn to Plight of 'Ants'
"A string of villages on the outskirts of Beijing has become the unlikely focus of a national discussion about China's stubbornly tough job market for young people, as officials meet in the capital for the annual session of China's legislature."
‘Ant tribe’,I first read it in Southern Weekly.It is a article about a book called Ants tribe.I read the article and my feeling was hard to describe.The life is too tough to think about.I freaked out.I was afaid I would be one of them.“Underemployment among young graduates is the product largely of a rapid expansion by the country's state-controlled universities over the last decade that dramatically increased enrollment without adjusting the curriculum to provide students with more marketable skills.”
Officials have acknowledged problems.But it’s not enough. “it's good to know that the “ant tribe” finally caught wide attention from society, but what we need is not discussion but 'real help that won't cause our dreams to be shattered by cruel reality”said by a member of ‘ant tribe’.
Now the government has promised several solutions to change the situation,but there is a long way to go.Before the big good change,the “ants” shouldn’t‘it still waiting for death’.If I were one of them,I wouldn’t let myself enduring this kind of life.They do this for what?They fight and fight but can never stand out,never see the sunlight.They don’t feel happy just tired.Where is the end?I believe there is always a way to get out.We are not qualified?We can learn to be qualified!We are not experienced?We can be a intern and get experience!We all know our college knowledge is not enough,so be prepared!Don’t realize the situation until you are in it.
It’s good to let the officials hear us vioce.All we need is opportunity.They should create opportunities for us,the left is up to us.Even though the opportunities are not enough,but they are out there.Catch the opportunity belongs to you and enjoy the success it brings to you.
I believe that one day the “ant tribe” will disappear.Istead,it will appear bunches of young people work with enthusiasm and passion.Our society is full of young blood and becomes better and better.
