It tells us know when to say no to others and don't let too much littles things stay in your way and make you tired. It's interesting to read the advice with the pictures.The cute animals' faces,expressions and smiles make you want to laugh.The important thing is you take the advice easier than it's only serious advice.

I also wrote it down in my notebook and picture the pictures in my mind.It's a good,funning book.It written by the author who was in the hospital because of a car accident.He realized he did too much useless things because he didn't say no to people.He felt tired and missed the things he missed.He suddenly woke up and there comes the book.He wants to tell everyone like him to wake up and live a fresh life, to refind the happiness of life and don't just work and work and work,but don't know what he works for.
