last month's salary paid on time, only raised 4 percents this year(too stingy) , the Group's CEO notified all staff that the Group's revenue of last year declined, so had to save cost to front the unprosperous market, damn....
i am annoyed of it is that after raised, sum just cross over a little of a new grade of individual income tax, so per the regulation, i have to tax near 50 percents more than before, so i don't get more pay than last year when it taxed follow the new grade, fuck.....

- Sometimes, the management does not realize that the staff is the company's most valuable asset. The staff are the people who keeps the company going. Loyalty goes both ways. Companies that are treats their staff well would have an army of loyal and productive staff.
On the other hand, we also have to consider the recession in business and reduced turnover making it difficult to make significant increase in salaries. Salaries are quite often the largest expenditure in a company.
