biggest surprising for me

this time my wife have got pregnant more than two months, and everything are going well so far, i am really happy i will be a father in the coming days,
just have one worry about her appetite, since she got pregnant at beginning, she began refuse to eat meat and any heavy greasy food, and very sensitve with smells that she can accept normally as before, also got vomitting as other pregnant women. i checked on internet, these reflections all normal during early period of pregnancy.
it's really very hard as a pregnant mom, can not eat well, can not sleep well, can not do something as normal did before, i will take good care with my darling, and hope everything goes smoothly.

- That is in some way why the female is great, especially for mothers. Anyway, we should respect ,love,protect them just like our brothers and sisters instead of may look down upon them, or even hurt them.

Rejection of food during pregnancy is normal. She would like to eat a lot but after the third bite, she would feel like vomiting. Her body is is busy and occupied by the baby.
Actually it is very simple, just don't give her too much food at one time. Instead of the normal 3 meals a day, change it to 6 smaller meals because the stomach cannot handle a lot of food at one time. Having smaller meals would not harm the baby but it will help her eat more and avoid vomiting, morning sickness and nausea.
Just give her all the assurance and care she needs and she would bring home a lovely baby. Best wishes.
