It is snowing heavily today, and it is soooo cold. I always love to stay home when the weather is terrible outside; and the worse the weather outside is, I would always feel the better in home.

While today the punishment came. On Sunday, it is Snowing, I can not stay home, but have to go to the Agricultural Exhibition to do recruitment for my company….

Though it is so cold today and snowing, since this is the first recruitment exhibition in 2011 in Beijing, you can image how many people there.

Many people come and have inquiries about salary, job descriptions; and talk talk, negotiate, hu,,,,,, not easy. And it is very cold even inside the hall.

Actually I am not in charge for the recruit in my company, but this experience is quite precious for me.

From the girl two years ago walked among the recruiting counters, asking questions with naïve eyes and nerves voice, become now who sit behind the desk, I have done some growth, I thinkJ

Also, I think I need to be grateful, instead of complain, for I still have a job, and I love my job.
