It makes me feel tired!

I have not riden bike for a long time.
Yesterday when I finished my work and went home from the company, I found it's very late. But if I went home by bus as usual, It would take me one hour or even more. So I chose bike at last. And then I borrowed a bike by the road, rode it home!
When I got home, I felt too tired to talk. I thought I didn't have enough exercise.
From now on, I must do more exercise.
