work overtime to improve english

yesterday, we were "forced" to work overtime in order to improve salers' speaking english.
as the same dep., we shipping and doc. as audience, listen to their speech
that is a way to force salers speaking, but I don't think it's a good way to improve.
as audience, it's new for the first pass, but second and third pass... we nearly to sleep..
For the improvement, mainly is focus on salers, not including me
BUT it's a lesson for me, I couldn't stop to learning ..
as a person major in english, I can't just in charge of shipping like now.
shipping is suit for me, but NOT just confined to shipping

- You can learn something wherever there is somebody speaking English, so what you listened to is useful for you. Just keep using, listening and speaking English.
Shipping is a interesting post and it is the starting point for learning other things also in trading. That is how I started out by learning shipping documentation.
