As the caption refer to, should we choose to be steady in a fighting age?
what's your opinion about this topic?
For my present situation, it seems that I chose to be steady..
After think twice recently, I find I cann't keep the situation as it was, I should do something with challenge.
BUT, if so , I may need to quit and have a new begin.
I am not sure what the furure will be..
Hard decision....

- Think twice before done. If you quit present job, you can find a job, and make a living, then ,you can have a try;if you cannot find a job at once, you need long time to find a one, I think you shouldn't take any risk. Afterall, work cannot be hunted so easily in nowadays.
Anyway, trust your instincts, and make a pratical decision.

- It's hard to pick the challenge if its much easier to stay steady. I think it's not about whether this is a fighting age or not, it's all about what's your prospect of life and career. If you are OK with the steady situation, you can still get your value about life, which may be stronger inner sense of well-being or improved skills in daily life, rather than promotion in position or increase of wages. But do be aware that any job needs to be taken with responsibility.

- There are so many things in our life that ''make'' us change in order to survive. We have no choice but to change in order to live better and be more happy. However, things are not that easy. Any change involves risks and you may end up better or even much worse than now. So, what we do is to equip ourselves, gain experience and change when the time is ''right''. Changing without proper thinking often result in regret. You may ask, what should I do if I am stuck in the present hopeless situation without any hope of advancement or progress. The job does not offer any opportunities or any good future. In this case, you may then consider taking a calculated risk. Nobody knows for sure what the next job holds for you because that involves a company and the people in it. In conclusion, I have to say that sooner or later, you would have to make a decision, but make it at the right time and right opportunity.

- Actually, we do not know whether the wheat ear in our hands is the biggest one we could pick up in our life. Only God knows, perhaps.

The reason I want to make a change in the steady situation is that, current job unable to show my value, and the salary is lower than the first time I interviewed. New manager advocated costdown, so our salary all reduced...some colleagues were left.
