Now I don’t know how to comfort the pregnant women like my little sister-in-law. In fact, when we knew that news, we were very happy. And her dream will come true now. we are looking forward to seeing that baby who will come to our family. However, her mood is up and down and she has often been crying and lying in bed without going to work. It’s hard to persuade her to go work. This morning, she and my brother got up early to go to work. They work in a bank but the workplace is different. After a while, she came back angrily and rushed into her house, crying heavily. When she was asked what happened, she was crying for a long time, saying she was waiting for that bus but that bus didn’t come. It was so angry that she came back and didn’t wait there. After listening to what she said, I was totally speechless. She was like a pupil who didn’t want to go to school. No matter what I said, she didn’t stop crying either. She was not willing to go to work and preferred to stay at home. Even though she is an adult, she is like a kid.

In the afternoon, I got home after work and found her still lying in bed. After a while, she was beginning to sober like a baby. Then I came into her house, sat beside her and asked her about what was the matter with her. Finally, she told me that she didn’t want to go to work for the time being. The reason is that she wasn’t pleased in the slightest while working in that place. I said that you were not a newcomer and were working there for a long time. So what bothered you too much and she told me why we urged her to do the thing she disliked, like working in that place. How absurd herwords were!

I didn't know how much i said,but I just let her understand that she was not capable of doing things she disliked, including most of us. Until now she was lying in bed after eating supper. I believe my brother’s biggest problem is how to make her wife grow up and learn to be a mother in the future.

Actually, it is very simple. When a woman is pregnant the body gives the essential nutrition and best things to the baby and neglect the mother's needs.

Hormonal changes makes a pregnant suffer from serious anxiety. Any sudden or unusual happenings can affect her and result in serious reaction. I once walked along the street with a pregnant friend and just the loud sound of a car horn frightened her so much that she turned pale and shivering. At home she feels tense and constantly uncomfortable. She is always worrying about the baby's health and imagine something bad would happen. Yes, she would act like a frightened little girl.

The family members should step in an help her;
* Explain to her that it is normal for a pregnant women to be worrisome and frightened.
* Assure her that everything is fine and take it easy. The baby would arrived naturally just like everyone else.
* Assure her to the family is here to help her out. Nothing to worry about.
* No need to think too much, things would take care of itself.
* Give her nutritious food to keep her strong and stable. Most elderly women or those who have given birth would know what to give her.
* Assure her that it is ok to work at pregnancy. Most people do that, but
also tell her that because of body changes, she need to control herself.
* The assurance of the people beside her would be very helpful to her.

Just do whatever you can to help. It is certainly not an easy task.

Thanks for your advice. if her situation doesn't turn up, maybe ask for help from a doctor. anyway, crying for a long time and keeping in a negative mood are really bad for her and us. So now what we do is to ask her mom to comfort her. It's better to make her stay with her own mom. Her temper did hurt my mom who was looking after her. Now what I hope is that she will become normal in a short time.
