When you work for your boss, you can directly ask your boss what you want and tell him or her that you long to have days off. You can bravely say something that is right and reasonable. He is expecting that his boss will volunteer to pay him, but his boss seems not to remember that unpaid salary. At the present, his money will run out soon and he doesn’t feel like referring to the salary. I tell him if I were you, I would say that my boss doesn’t forget to pay me or I’ll die of hungry. And he calls his boss uncle-in-law. I think he is not in trouble if he gets into trouble, you can tell the truth without thinking over and over. - It is hard to speak out something when it comes to business among relatives, I can sense the feeling. While when it comes to money, we all need that for livig, so I do not hesitate asking for that, it is desrved for what I have done. The convenience of cummunication also works in relatives, do not so worried about it. At least, for money's sake.

- Blood is thicker than water, they say, but when it comes down to money, relatives often show their true face. How is it possible the boss forgets to pay somebody working for him? False pretense. I would say that he has selective memory failure and only remembers things favorable to himself. Find some indirect way to remind him of the tacit fact.

- I understand what the situation he is in now. it is embarrassing to trace some money from a person who is your relative or close friend. I think the better way to solve this is to get someone to notify his boss that he hasn't been paid. If this doesn't work then he has to come up and mention this to his boss politely. Usually the problem will be solved or at least he knows what to do next step.
