In the beginning, she is not willing to deal with this part of the job, but the boss insists that she should undertake that. When they persuade her to agree to it many times and tell her that she has rights to ask for help from her colleagues, including me, she is reluctant to accept the task.

While she is completing the job, she does need help from others. However, she thinks that it’s necessary and compulsory to for others to help her. When she orders them to do this or to do that, you can guess that they are against doing it. She is surprised to say why and that they used to give me a hand. And she is surprised and disappointed that they do not keep their words.

In fact, they promise to offer help when she is in need. But they can’t help her do anything all the time. Some things are needed her to take care of it. Then she says that she is busy and has no time to do that. As we know, everyone has their own things as well. At present, your amount of the work is a little larger than theirs. So there is no doubt that she must be bound to spend more time on it when she starts to take up the task.

Next, if she wants their help, she pays attention to her intonation before asking, because she has no right to do that.

They are from the same team and it’s better to work with others in a friendly atmosphere. There is no need to say how much time she spends on the task. That can’t make them believe and accept how hard she works. It seems that she feel like proving how hard-working she is, but her colleagues aren’t.

Hi, girl, do you know your problem is that you seem to be used to refusing to help others, when they ask for help from you. You always say how busy you are and how many things you need to deal with. That makes others dislike you. Actually, in their eyes, you are extremely hard-working, but you often ask others to do the things in your way and are not good at following others’ advice. On a personal note, everyone has different ways to achieve the goal. If you can’t change the way you say and do, you’ll find it hard to deal with others too.

It is a happy thing to offer help in most cases, but it becomes a suffering and unwillingness when someone takes my offerings for granted and always refusing to give me a favor as he could do. We should always feel grateful and keep a thankful heart.
