I’m not good at talking with others while having a dinner with them. Having dinners with others means you have to make a toast to others. However, I’m not used to this occasion and I don’t care about whether my leaders like or not. When I have to attend this occasion, I just behave as I like. When others are busying making a toast to leaders and colleagues, I am focusing on eating delicious food. When they try to make a toast to me, I feel kind of embarrassed because I’m concentrating on the food.

But the fact is that I’m not lucky all the time like that. Sometimes, it’s hard to eat well. When I am having a dinner with unfamiliar people, I feel uncomfortable and don’t know how to deal with the persons beside me. So leaving from the restaurant, I quickly go to another place to find something to eat.

According to my behavior, you are bound to know that I’m not the one who desires to advance. At times, I’m kind of envious of the one who is good at social contact. If there is something to be dicussed or dealt with, I would rather sit down to have a discussion with my colleagues instead of talking with them at table. For me, it's hard to learn the social skills and language skills to deal with people at table.
