It was at about 23: 00pm. For me, it was time to go to sleep. After entering the bedroom, I lied in my bed and closed my eyes, trying to fall asleep and was the only who was preparing to sleep. I tried, tried and tried, but I failed to do that! At this moment, the others stayed at the living room and were busy playing computer games, or talking with each other. 

I was very angry about that but I didn’t know how to handle this. So I just jumped out of my bed, came to the living room to turn on the computer to write down something annoying, because I didn’t know what to do. Even I couldn’t control my temper and shouted to them, complaining about what they did to me. 

I once mentioned I was sure to stick to my own time table and bent over backwards to avoid being assimilated by them. The fact is that I didn’t keep my word. I must admit that I was really interrupted by them. Their living habits are totally different from mine. I don’t know how to live and get on well with them, which makes me crazy. 

The biggest problem is that he ignores what I is enduring and suffering. Even though I writes down what I am thinking, there is something still filling in my head. I couldn’t empty them all from my head. So I know there will be a sleepless night for me. How terrible it is! Let it be. 

After writing down what I am thinking, I am peaceful and know how to deal with the following thing.

Emotions can sometime cause us lacking of rational. Once we want to deal something unpleasant, we would better calm down ourselves, and find a good way to solve them.
But when you take them into action, you had better pay attention to your tactics.

Think about that you are doing well according to your plan while they are doing computer games which is nothing but a wasted time to kill youth. Whenevere you are going to lose temper, you will feel peaceful in mind once you realize you are an early bird to forage fruitful foods.

Losing sleep constantly is torture. This is clearly making you very angry. Your flatmates should understand that you need to sleep. Everybody knows that after 11pm, there should not be disturbing noise. How would they feel if you turn on your TV or listen to loud songs at 4am? They should be fair to you and keep quiet so that you can have some quality sleep.

After losing my temper, they seem to know how to keep their voice down and are willing to go to bed when the sleeping time is arriving.
at times, losing temper may not be a bad thing.
