the Life Like a Cup of Water

How weight a cup of water，none admit it is too heavy to pick up，but if you had to hold it up for a whole day，believe me，that is absolutely anything but a arduous attempt.
Everyone of us has our own adversity，many may be handicap in some ways，as holding up a cup of water，no matter how the cup is light as a feather，you cannot shoulder its weight as long as time is enough long.so sometimes when you feel not good，just putting the cup down.
There is a western sage once said：which exhausted you is not mountains beyond you，but a trivial sands in your shoes.
