It is a busy day today.So many commercial documents I need to complete,and I made a mistake in one which my manager asked me to settle. My manager said gentlely:"Forget it,because it's of no use to be sad for a past mistakes,you are a man;Remember it,'cause it's a good experience.＂ Actually I fear to make mistakes, and the more you want to avoid it,the more you 'll be catched by it. I told myself :"Don't make mistakes＂over and over,sometime I want to behave as a quick and good teamplayer,but the result is opposite it.I'd like to say that it is not neccessary to think too much about the things in your hand,and we shoud improve ourselves bit by bit,especially in your work.You know,an anxious mood will let you have no direction to process.My friends, when we meet difficulties in our work,let's  keep fighting until the final victory belongs to us .
