Why we need a daily checklist ?

This has been asked for years these days.

 

First of all, a checklist will be good for you to concentrate your energy on things whose status is open.

 

Second a checklist will be a good guideline for self-checking to know whether your arrangement is reasonable and the status of your occupancy.
Are you fully occupied?
Are things too much for you to arrange them effectively?
Are you going to share some tasks with others who are spare in team so as to ensure the whole performance of the team?

 

You see ,in a fast-paced world, one point gets more and more obvious, that is everything connects together with even more little things. Sometimes, you can not even notice its start when it already did. So be careful and details-minded. You will never know how great pity you may get from a missing button in the shirt until you lose the contract with the man you met. Yea, it’s small & even seems there is no relationship. However, the others can take it into consideration; is it unreasonable?

 

Remember, what is is right. You can never argue about this.

 

Be sure everything you have known has been put into a list and check regularly to make sure you won’t fail for those things you already considered in your mind.

 

Lose for the unknown is Excusable while lose for the known is a great shame.

 

So a list is for you to avoid making mistake in things that can be recognized or known.

 

What’s more, everything is very clear if you have a list, you have clear status of things, plan and their changes and so forth.Everything !If there is too much things in your list, you can forward some immediately to others at the moment you do the decision and for the clarity of the list, you can save a lot time .

 

Most important,clarity leads accuracy, meaning do things right.

 

And do things right is the only way to lead a happy ending.

 

I think that is the reason a checklist is so important for us.
