lose sleep on the day after valentine's day

     at first i have to say i lose my sleep not because there are something happended between me and my lover.well, i stell single.yesterday my old friend payed me a visit.she wanna leand "photoshoop" and other skills about using computer.we said goodbye after we finished out dinner outside.by the way this dinner was really suck..the foods tasted salted.it's the first time and and also the last time we eated in that restaurant ."you said it" my friend replyed.
    i felt tired at night.and i falled lseep front my machine.and then i went to bed early.however i woke up at 1:00 am.suddenly a thought striked my mind that i would insomnia midnight.well, it did happend.i weltered in my bed all night and felt awful.
   by the way ,what did you do when you lose your sleep ,could you share with us?

listen to some soft music,get up watch TV,surf on the internet.just don't think the insominia thing,you 'll fall a sleep soon later.

Sometimes insomnia really hits me,but not frequently.
The best way to solve it for me is to take it easy and relax more and more.
If your next day work would really be affected by it,i wanna take one day off and sleep.

u had better not to drink green tea after lunch,and drink a cup of milk before sleep to reject insomnia
