How can I improve my English?

We will have one English examination on May.If you can't pass the examination,you will be transferred post in our company.I'm a sales in our company.We export Fruits and Vegetables to Middle-East market,so we need a higher standard in English.I have to admit that my English is not very good.But I like this work very much.I want to try my best to learn English.I want to improve myself.
How can I improve my English?I don't know.Who can help me?I hope I can get some progress though I write something here.Hope can get your supports and helps.

- YOu are a sales,so you have many opportunities to communicat with your foreign customer,that would be a pretty nice chance to improve your English.Listening and speaking,keep practising,good luck.
