I study tea recently

Nowadays,I aways have some cups of tea after supper.
Especially,I like the Pu Erh Tea best.Yunnan Chi Tse Beeng Cha is one of the Pu Erh Tea,it flavoured  with smooth and mellow and has a long lasting finishing.
Now,I introduce my brewing method to you: It is ideal to brew Pu Erh Tea with boiling water of about 95  to 100 centigrade.The quantity of tea to be placed for brewing should be decideed by size of the tea pot used, in general,1:50 most adopted.Pour boiling water into the tea pot and brew for 3-5 minutes then the tea is ready for taste!
I think the best tea pot for Pu Erh is purple sand pot.It is a pity that I can't update my photos of tea and purple sand tea pot.

I have seen the tea ceremony in KunMing during the Spring Festival. From then on, I started drinking Pu Erh. Its mellow taste is especially fitting in the winter.
