The Standar Mandarin

Before I begin leaning oral English ,I want to say a pure Mandarin.Although I am a Chinese,I couldn't good at the mother tongue with a my native accent.On my hometown,I feel my accent is nice,and I want to communicate with my countyman in native dialect.However,I should go out and make more friends out my hometown.So firstly,I should speak a nice Putonghua.
I really like the northman's speaking,esp someone from Beijing,Henan,Hebei.
It is said the Beijing native tongue is not the standar mandrain but the Chengde in Hebei.I heard the speaking from Chengde is nice and sounds comfortable.I don't know it is true,as I haven't heard the speaking of the Chengde native.
Are there someone from Chengde here?

- This does give me some encouragement in learning Mandarin. Now I don't have to be shy to speak because not everyone's Mandarin is good. In the same way, not everyone can speak perfect English in England. I consider Queen's English as the authentic English found in London, England.

- If you are not earning a living with language, it is not that important to speak standard Putonghua. Clear and easily understandable is enough.

- Mandarin sounds comfortable?I don't think so.At least it is not melodious.I think dialects in each province do have their own unique features and obviously more interesting than the dull,serious Putonghua.Just to obtain the basic requirements of free communicating with others is okay,I think. It is my nonsense. Don't get swayed by me.
