Difficult To Find The Right Person

For the business development, we have been looking for the sales managers who have the knowledge and experience in selling the IT products, but seemed very difficult to find the right person. We have got many resumes and interviewed some of these candidates, however we still unable to find any ideal ones so far. It is not difficult to find the persons who received the knowledge in the high educational institutes, but most of them are lack of selling experience in the field we are engaging. Therefore we can not comlete our plan of employment though we have tried to put avertisement on the webs, and arranged face talk in the job market.
Today, again we will go to job market, hopefully we can find the right persons there.
