I was sorry to learn that a girl fell down with the medals during the recent games because of the strong sun shine. I wondered why she did not tell the others in advance if she could not stand any more. Besides，I think the schools should pay enough attention to the health of their students, not only stress the knowledge they should learn.
When I walked on the streets, I noticed there were lots volunteers in the city, they did a great job of maintaining the good order of public transportation or stadiums, their spirit should be highly respected.
However I noticed that some of them had to put on the glasses though they looked so young; and some of them looked tired, maybe it was caused by the long time standing.
Our athletes have been doing well, at the same time all of us also should focus on health and to be strong for our future development.

- It is a real problem. I have little walking outside. What I always do when in campus is just siting in the front of computer.

What I always do when in campus is just siting in the front of computer.I have lots of outdoor activities everyday, mainly fast walking: Morning half an hour, noon 1 hour and evening 1 hour, still not enough. Try to have more during the weekends.
