When having some problems, we always expect others can give a hand to solve it. And in return we should be grateful for those who help us in need.During my recent trip to an ancient town in Jiangsu, I was lucky to meet a nice lady who was very kind to help me and solved the battery problem.
It was late in the afternoon, when visiting the old town with many elegant gardents of the Qing dynasty I purchased the package ticket for different gardens, those gardens were situated in different old lanes of the town, linked by the elegant bridges and green rivers. Besides there were many shops on the both sides, being busy selling assorted arts and crafts, the most popular one was the embroidery. Everything was nice,I was very interested in those ancient architecture and charming gardens with pools, trees, pavilions and rocks, and taking lots of photo. However, I had a big problem when reaching the entrance of the royal garden for Emperor Qianlong, I found my camera could not work any more as my battery lost the power. And I had no spare battery, I was so upset as the sun was setting, and I could not take any photo for those charming view. So I went out to find if any person who could help me with the battery. I saw two girls taking photo outside with the same brand of camera, but they were not willing to lend me the battery. I walked around the stone path, and checked over 10 camera shops, but no one got the battery which suitable. At the time I lost the confidence, I entered into the last camera shop, and gladly found they got the same type of battery, I asked a middle-aged lady if she could lend me the battery, she nodded and gave her battery to me, and at the same time she helped me to charge my battery. I rushed out of her shop and entered into the royal garden again and took as much as I could. I felt lucky we could do it before the sun set. When I went into the last garden, the sun had already set, but that garden looked not so nice as the previous one. After taking a few photo, I left the garden and went to the lady's camera shop. When I returned the battery to her, I asked the lady how much I should pay, she said I did not need to pay any. I was very grateful,I thanked her and wished her had good business.
When I returned home, I have been thinking about this, and want to write it down for memory.
