When it comes to eye or eyesight , people are always proud of their sharp eyesight . They are called clairvoyants , for they can also see objects clearly even if they are placed in the dark , let alone those words as well as letters in the distance in the day time . I always admire them for their super eyesight . Actually I used to be such a clairvoyant . Nowadays things are different , that is to say , my life is in a complete mess without my hateful glasses .
I have been nearsighted for over twenty years since my graduation from college . Especially in recent years , the situation has been worsening . In the day time when there is bright sunshine I can basically recognize persons and objects with the help of my thick glasses .But when night falls , always my eyes are open wide in order to see clearly or not to make mistakes or cause misunderstanding without greeting somebody i know . Especially there is another big problem that when riding , i have to be terribly cautious every minute , only to keep a slow speed ,otherwise I might either cause an accident or kill myself . That is a really unfortunate experience , so i don't dare to ride my motorcycle except my bike , even so , I have to slow up in fear of knocking down somebody .For that reason I often feel depressed . But now I have made my mind to improve my nearsight through food or medcine together with exercise as follows . I myself think they can work
1. Keep drinking or eating non-food good for eyesight , such as chrysanthemum tea or medlar.
2. Keep eating vegetables good for eyesight , such as carrots or pumpkins or tomatoes . Here carrots and pumpkins are oil-fried appropriately .
3. Keep using proper eyedrop whose choice is necessarily surely according to doctor's instructions rather than your self-determination
4. Eat more coarse grains such as maize , sorghum, black kerneled rice ,black bean , niger seed and oatmeal and so forth
5. Take regular exercise each day such as climbing mountains , running , cycling , swimming and various ball activities
6. Pay attention to proper use of eyes . Don't watch TV too long . Limit using computer to two hours at a time .
7. Have a good sleep which helps keep energetic
8. Keep yourself in a good mood , trying not to lose your temper as well as not to overuse your head or thinking too much .
9. View greenery more if possible or look into the distance .
In addition , to quit drinking or smoking as well as to get out of a bad habit and etc. will benefits the improvement of near sight .
All the above are just suggested methods through which my nearsight has been improving . Now i become self-confident of overcoming the problem of my nearsight
