the teeth

a few days ago, i went to the school hospital to see my teeth, the dentist tell me that my teeth need mending ,and it is alredy serios ,a small operation need to be taken. the first i noted the impotance of the teeth,i still remembered that the sugar is my favourite since mine childhood, however, just because of this , the teeth bacame what it is now .
u can't feel the feeling of the person suffering from dental cavity , especially facing the delicious dishes but dare not to eat them at ur disposal . just because u are afraid of the pain coming again. so attention pls, especially for students whose teeth is in good condition , we must pay much more attention to our teeth and protect our teeth everyday and everytime . otherwise ,when u have to face it , i bet that u will be regretful very much ,pls trust me . just from now brust our teeth two times one day (at moring and in night),use the toothpaste without fluorine with the correct method .
only in this way ,could our teeth be protected and in good condition forever. hope we all don't suffer from the dental cavity and healthy everyday . em
