My father has a deep influence on me, for he is a fan of it, too. He studied Chinese traditional medicine when he was very young and  has been the family doctor, prescribing medicine when we don't feel well.

This summer, one of my classmates introduced one doctor, Xiao Hongci, who is dedecating to promoting Chinese tradition medicine around the world. Besides, he is a very controversial figure on the internet, being praised by many while being critized by others. Definitely, I am one of the former. Following the instructions mentioned by him in his microblog, I can feel the progress in my body, despite the slow speed. 

In their opinion, two basic condition can secure  the healthy status of our body, adequate blood and unblocked meridians and collaterals. Xiao advocates beating and patting our body contribute much to the unhindered meridians and collaterals. In his microblog, many vivid exmaples are presented. Unlike some people who think the pictures in his microblog are made up, I believe they are the truth.
