The dead note is one of my favouriate film.Let me introduce this film briefly firstly.Bleach has a dead note.Once who own the note ,he is the master of Bleach .As long as the owner of the note write somebody's name on the note,he will die.The film another lealing role Yue is the owner of the note.He use this note to kill criminal ,but some innocent people are killed.The note foment the wild ambition of Yue to dominate the world to utilize the abnormal way to kill criminal.L who is a spy compete with the Bleach and Yue.L use his intelligence to save the world but lose his life.This film tell us that no one alone can dominate the world .We need law to publish the criminal but not white terror.

- I also have seen the film. I admit this is the best film that I've seen. Both Yue and L are the intelligent ones. , Furthermore, the purpose the director wants to appeal to the world is we should punish the criminal with the law. On the contrary, the law, by now, is not what we thought,especially in the Asian countries. So if there was the dead note, I hope the right one gets it.

By the way, I think there has a mistake in your article: We need law to publish (punish) the criminal but not white terror.
