The first time I got his book from the shelf in the bookstore, I can't help reading it through. It attracted me so much, and when I finished the reading, the whole afternoon has passed.

      The collection of his essays was the favorite gift in my 17th birthday.  It surprised me a lot, because there are so many books of this author on the shelf but my friend found my favorite one. I never told him which one I like best before. He wrote his blessing on the first page of the book which moved me very much. Ten years have passed; I still cherish this book as a treasure.

       I like his writings very much and learned a lot from his articles during these years. Sometimes I feel he just like my father, tell me the truth of life and give me his best advice of how to spend my life with positive attitude; sometimes, I feel he is my best friend, I know his life experience very clearly. I read his book just like communicating with a confidant with great wisdom. When I close the book, I always have the impulse to phone him, and tell him my thoughts.

       Sometimes when reading an article in a magazine, suddenly I would have a subtle feeling, and then looking for the author’s name. Yes, it’s the familiar name. I will feel quite happy at that kind of moment. Just feel I have a tacit agreement with him.

      I hope one day he can come to Qingdao for book signing, and then I can have a brief chat with him, even if an eye contact.

      He is over 60 years old now, I hope he will always be happy and healthy.
