Last night,I can't fall asleep soon,and just tossing and turning on bed till late night. During that sleepless time,I thought a lot about my life and made some promise to myself.
I promise to kill the idle time by doing meaningful things instead of chating with the strangers or acquaintances on QQ to complain about the bored life.This will only add my emotional emptiness.
I promise to do sth to change the bad situation instead of complaining or scapegoating others.
I promise to be patient with my families from now on instead of lose temper with them.
I promise to keep everything in my bedroom and office desk in order,instead of letting them in a mess.
Most important one,I promise to be happy everyday! Change my mindset and everything will be different.
So,I put down these promise on my notebook,and remind myself everyday.Hope I can change my bad habits within 21 days.
