Terrible cough

Yes, the 2nd cough this year, i belive my health is getting worse and worse due to the growing ages. GOSH !
1st time bcoz of the spicy hot-pot then the husks of sunflower seeds, which stuck in my throat, and caused the cough. Guys, How ridiculous and terrible !
According to Nicole's experiences, i cooked a special soup for curing the cough last night, COLA+GINGER, sweet but spicy. I did my best to finish the whole bowl. God, this special soup almost got me down....
I thought i should be ok after finished the soup, but in fact, keep coughing.... and till now, the same.... how come ?
Ya, tonight i must cook this again, and check if it is really not so helpful to me ?
Anyway, I strongly hope it will be better soon..God bless me !@
Also, we enjoyed the Japanese movie -DEATH NOTE (which revised by the Cartoon: Death Note years ago). However, i like it deeply. If got a chance, you guys can also review it. Just my recommendation.Haha :-)

Hot of course, but the cough will be better after the sweat was pouring off the body.
