My physical test

The physical test which is once a year is over.I was really tired because I havn't esercised for a long time.Especially the 1000m-running. I took 4'15s even I ran less than my classmates.I think I shuold do more esercise such as playing basketball. It would not only do good to my health but also my IT life. I also learned to play JuHuatai sang by Jay with guitar.You will be motivated if you have got a goal.And I feel music could take me some special feeling.
