How to let me heart into tranquility?

I went to friend's birthday,yesterday. I drank very much.Because i would like to drink myself to paralysis.In this way, i would not think of things that upset.
Somethings for everyone is very hard to say cleary. I find that i could 't leave my friends, If i was alone, i will turn very fickleness and can not do anything . So i did a lot of food at night,and invited some friends ,because i was afraid of loneliness.
I want my heart to calm, but i can not.
Friends ,help me !Of course,you can give me some advices.Thank you!

- Maybe every time you are alone, you can try to listen to some soft music, such as Bandari and do something reading at the same time. It will comfort your heart, make you feel being outside of the world. That works well on me.
