i have a problem with my career

recently i want to find a new job which can give me more money and bring a great future to me,but when i put my resume on the 51job website since 20 days ago,i find it is difficult for me to get such a job.and now,i do not know what i can do,which career i really like to do,if i have the capability or not to get that job which can give me more money and wonderful future.who can give me some advices,i will be appreciation.
