recently, i want to be a manager and  i think i can do that career very well because i have already been working for three years in IT and Building materials trades.but now,i have some problem with the choice of my career.i do not know which trade i should be choosing?as far as i know,there are some trades which is very popular,such as solar and electric vehicle.but,there is one important point that i should get into a foreign company(european or american)  .who can give me some advice about my career and how can  i do well in management?
