good news
after so many days' cloudy or rainy, today the weather is sunny. i feel very happy because i can enjoy the sunshine again, although it's still a bit cold, the sunshine is not strong enough, and there's a heavy wind outside.
as the sun shines, everywhere is bright, everything looks beautiful, as well as people's mood.
we were in a training about marketing skills the whole morning, though the instructor is not professional enough, but what she told us is very useful, i don't know what others think , but at least i think so.because the instructor is a new empoyee in our company, and she is very young, just 20 years old this year, most of the colleagues in the office didn't want to attend the training, and finally they didn't come. as a result, there's just a few people attended the training, and it's not successful for the instructor. finally, she told me that she really lose her heart in training us. but the boss arranged her to do so, she really don't know what to do. my friends, do you have any idea what she should do?

- Marketing department usually is the main division of a company, some other departments even the whole company have to depend on his marketing people. So I think first the training is very important to most of the people in your corporation. And the trainer just needs to prepare the contents and the agenda of the conference well and make her look like more confident. Hope her to start it well.
