our new company to be built

my view on the new company is not very clear, because i'm a bit confused about the company's future. seriously speaking, the company is a new company, and many aspects, such as the management, production, treatment of staff, etc. are very bad. though the president always say that the company's future will be very good, i can't see its future. my intuition tells me that the company would break down sooner or later because of the bad operation of some executive leaders .
i want to get a new job in another company, but i found it's too difficult, because i have no skills though i have worked in this company for more than one year after graduation from the college, what's more, i have no qualifications except a graduation certificate of a private college. i have no certificates of english, computer, or any other skills, though i worked very hard and did very well in my college.
now the employees who have great knoweledge and skills were framed by some leaders and be fired by the president at last. now all the insiders don't do their work but keep enthusiasm on surfce with the leaders who always frames the talents. so i don't know how long the company can last, the talents here can stay along, but i hope it can develop well as what the president said.

no worries we might be kind of stuck now in a place as lots of political leaders. Even the president was sent to some rural area and worked there for a relatively long time~
it's a hard lesson but we will learn it well :)

first, it is not a good period for us to change our job. If possible, you should insist in working there, and maybe you can learn more from your position, because you already worked at that company almost one year, and you should know what is important for your company, and what is important for your future career.
the second, From you words, your company looks not good enough, and some of them need to improve. In my opinion, it is also your chance to get a good position to show yourself. Maybe you should meet more difficult in following days, but all of us should face the music, maybe you will meet the similar things at another company.
