how to rescuse you, my company?

recently, there have been great changes of personnels in our company, and the affairs of the company became very disordered. many many former colleagues were fired for no reason, they were just told that the company no longer need them and they had to go. meanwhile, some unprofessional graduating students from college joined our company, and they were arranged to work in the marketing, executive or designing office at once.
all the above things we can still accept reluctantly. the thing we can't accept is that one of the students majored in business english just graduated this july, ( it's said that his father is one of the investors of our company, ) who has been working in our company for about 2months, was appointed to undertake the position of labor union chairman of our company by the president. but what she has done really disappointed everyone of us. the employees including all of the vice presidents of the company knew nothing untill the first meeting about the union was held a few days ago! she know nothing about the union or the company, but she never consulted with others, even the president, just do as what she want. during the meeting, she criticized everyone including the vice presidents. she said that we hadn't cooperate with her work at all, but the fact is that no one knew the information except herself and the president!
another thing happened to myself, it made me very angry. a postgraduate majored in optical communication, a professional worker in our company, has been promoted to be the vice president just a few days ago. he is a typical person who bullies the weak and fears the strong. all the members in my office have a good temper, we don't want to quarrel with everyone, most of the time, we would endure as much as we can. but everyone has a limitation of the endurance. these days, our english website has been made, we had to translate all the information on the Chinese website into english, and then release it to the english site. as the president asked, i have translated all the information about the products, send them to the postgraduate, and ask him to check whether the translation was right or not, what he answered is that he had no time to do it, but the fact was that he was chating or play games with members in marketing department most of the work time! another day, one of my colleague can't surf the internet because of the reticle was broken, so i asked one of my underling to change one. but the reticle had to be sent from the postgruduate's office, and he saw that, then he quarrelled with my underling, "if you let her surf the internet, then i won't use the network, i'll leave it up to you.....", he came down on my underling like a ton of bricks, and then he told this thing to the president! this was the first quarrel during us. the second and the third quarrel during us were all during meetings in front of many leaders. the day before yesterday, the president ask me to take in charge a new task, the postgraduate heard this, refuted at once, " it's not i don't believe her, my president, i can bet that she can't do it well......", then i said no words, i just wanted to see what he want to say or to do, then all the leaders discussed, the result was that the postgraduate won a lot of abusiveness, but i feel very sad for the company, i don't know whether the company can develop well because of these kinds of leaders and employees.
i don't want to say too much about the bad things, but now in this company , i can't see the good things, what i can see is just the mutual deception and rivalry. i really feel very confused about the company's future, if this situation still last, the result of the company is just one - close down！

- It seems like that you like your company very much, you want it to be stronger than before , you want your collegues can work smoothly ,want you leaders could be wise enough to operate company.
So there are so many things that you and your collegues cant stand.
I knew that kind of feeling.
Relax yourself first, try your best to do you job good. If , i mean if there is no light future for you here ,then make your decision.
There are also so many circumstance that can make youself work happy.
Your are not supposed to save the whole company.Be indifferent.
