Well, well, it's time to write down sth about life in Italy again...

I know you guys want to know sth about school life since we are all students.

First of all, I'd like to teach you gelivable(给力)'s official translation in Italy- Che forza!(forza means force....) Italian people do say this !!!!! ha-ha, great minds think alike!!!!

The following is my normal schedule:

I go to school 8.00 till13.00~~I use the time that waiting for the trains to wactch open classes of Yale or Harvard~~~

I watch english news & italian talk show when I am back...I watch Glee , TBBT, CIS ,once a week...

At afternoon, sometimes I learn maths by myslef or go hit the books~~~

Or,shoppong ,shopping &shopping....don't worry, I just go with others = =I seldom buy things~~~

Yes, I play tchoukball and dance sometimes....

I learn italian, of course

Sat,,,of course

Surfing the net....of course

Do nothing sometimes....of course

talk///talk...with my host family!!!They are really nice people!!!!

Sundays...I always ride to gramma's house, have a gelato(ice-cream)...sit under the sun and play with the little baby= =

About schoolmates

IT is common to see a group of students smoke at the corner of streets or in the playground. A lot of motor cycles pass you, galloping, and blaring. Dozens of girls have pierced their ears... Three hole on one ear is nothing special. Needless to say eyebrow nail or nose nail. on one hand you will find the one do such things usually won't be a so-called normal students , on the other hand, noboby will blame them for dong these. And most of these kind of students are nice people, they talk to me gently and always be friendly to me. I don't feel any dispirited emotion from their talking or behaviour. They do this is not to confront the society since it's accepted widely. You are a person and you have the rignt to do the thing you like the things do no harm to others. That's a totally different situation comparing China.

All of my classmates are very very good and kind~~~They help photocopy the materials for me, translate for me~~I appreciate Luca most, he is a truly gentleman, an indeed good student~~~a VERY IDEAL DESKMATE~~~

About classes

First of all, I just cannot believe that maths in Italy is even more difficult than maths in China!!!!!

Conic curve(圆锥曲线)supposed to be learned during the second semester of Senior 2 in Shanghai, but here that is sth already done!!!

And we have to learn Calculus, the thing I long considered as being required only in university!!!!

So I have to learn maths so hard- -I spend 4 hours on maths everyday since I am always an idiot of maths....

My former maths teacher should feel relived now~~~I donnot hate maths anymore....I dare not hate it!!!

So you guys just stop saying maths in western countries are easy!!! How many countries have you been~~~If the italians don't master the subject of mathmatics well, how could them design any constructions!!!

And western is not as wonderful as you imagine...

yes, we finish school at 13:10 or 12:10...really early....however, we go to school for six days!!!!

and, everyday the study time is 5 hours(no breaktime in it)....

The class atmosphere in Europe is dull... If I have to say, okay, boring! Usually, the class last 1 hour and short break... And once I have two hours of Latin constantly without pauze and then two hours of Philosophy. I was almost drawed to madness!!!

I think some teachers are worse than chinese teachers~~~So serious and strict and boring...They have little communication with students.( Precisely, I mean the Latin teachers & Philosophy teachers)

well, although I do not like their teaching style, I try my best to learn these subjects. I study latin by myself. I use 2 weeks finish the lessons which cost my italian classmates 5 months...

Since I am good at history and I learn philosopy by watch open classes of Yale and Harvard.... Signore Derec.'s lessons are free time....I do whatever I can do... Most of the time I study the laws of Italy, really strange laws... Prof Derec is quite satisfied with me since I finish reading the book of italian constition which he gave me....

Oh yeah~

Since HE know nothing about english, when he asked me about the consition, I just began to talk about the spaghetti, and my classmates just nodded their heads and said, oh, brava!!! Vero...

I think that's why he always smile to me....

But I do like the English classes& Religion classes&design classes! Really really fantastic!!!

The students may even cannot speak more than 10 English sentences, but they still discuss the masterwork by William Sheakspeare. We learned Remeo&Juliet, King lear,Macbeth as well as his famous sonets.

Our english classes are not merely for grammer&languange teaching, they are truly education on English Literature. We have to know all the famous English writers and we are going to read their famous works.

What's the most excits me is everyone must performance in one English play before the Chrismas!!! COOL!!! DRAMA TASKS~~~

I used to considered Religion classes as sth terrible related to Holy Bible or the God~~~Yet it appears that religion class is more like a society-discussing class. Although I cannor understand all of contents the teacher talks about, I can feel it's an interesting lesson. The class atmosphere is free. We sit close with the teacher, and we can drink ,can laugh ,can shout. We treat the teacher as our friend. The religion teacher even make fun of churches!!!!

Design classes are fun!!! Finally I can draw sth professinally~~~it's a real construction!!!The prof is a nice lady!!!She can speak English!!!!

Activities

BTW, the afterschool activities are cool!

Schools in Italy usually do not have school clubs, but there are a lot of optional ones outside, you can choose whatever you like.

I, of course, shall learn Itlian after school. This is a must-be-done thing.

Besides this, I sometimes go to dance classes. Yep, I , go to dance....Next time when I go to the party of MUN in U.S,A, I won't stand like a fool drinking coke cola all night. I will dance crazily!!! I am the king of pop!!!

wow, I also attend our school tchoukball team. !!!!!

You can trust me, tchoukball is really fun! Very very interesting ball game!!!! I shall introduce it to you guys when I am back. Oh, usually we will compete other teams aboard in spring, maybe I can go to France or Swissland,ha-ha!!!

btw, it seems TAIWAN students are good at this kind of sport! There is one stop of world tchoukball games sets at TAIWAN... I really admire the team members and the PE teacher~~~They helped me a lot and they bring me a lot of happiness!!! Love you all!!! We are the best!!!

oh, I must mention that you should go to Italy or Europe at least once in your life!!!!

It IS A REALLY AMAZING COUNTRY~~!!!! The european continent is amazing!!!!

So many beatiful landmarks and historical things to visit!!!!

I will go to Venice,of course!!! during the Carnival~~Firenze ,of course, at least do for Zhang yulin ,our lovely art teacher of Jincai High School ~~~

And Roma,

Verona(the famous balcony which Romeo and Juliet stayed is there~~)

Perugia, for the chocolate festival.

And during the chrismas, I will go to Swissland to skii!!!!I love skiing!!!!!(Actually I have already been there...to buy some clothes, it takes 30 mins driving from my place to Swissland= =)

During the exchange week, I decide to stay in Cicily~~U must understand me!!!!

I will go to London in May~~~HOO HOO!!!

France, of course!!! Paris~~~~is a city cannot be missed~~

Maybe Wien will be on the list!!!!

What an exciting year~~!!!

<More fun till I am back from the camp of LOCAL AFS~!!!!>>>

kiss~~~
