the translation contest

Today , I went to Dongying Shengli College to have a exam about translation , as I heard that, the winner will have the chance to work in overseas Chinese Affairs Office of Dongying. I tried to prepare , but not too much time available.
When I got there, a lot of people were waiting outside of Building1, I chose to stay in a cool place to memorize the good sentence.
In the contest, the lisening part was not very clear and low. I couldn't catch with the speed. the reading part were easy: the first was about the trade union; the other was about the factor to a country's stength.
The translation part:
English-Chinese was about a contact between China and US
Chinese-English was about the global economy crisis.
The composition was about the problems of job-seeking for college students, tell the reason and find the solution.
