Several days ago,a close friend shared one way to improve our brain with me,that is writing down 100 things you love or you love to do.I immediately did it ,not because I was eager to be more intelligent,just out of interest.
I had a whole lot of things in my mind,so there appeared many words on the white paper,mainly having five categories.They were persons I love,food I like to eat,books and writers,recreation and activities and other tiny things.
I love my parents,for they gave me life and unselfish love .
I love my friends,for they accompanied me during the process of my grow-up.
I love those who would like to help others,I love those who are able to extend their gratitude,I love those who love me.
As an old saying goes,people regard food as their prime want.I am totally in favor of this idea,so I am keen on gourmet.PizzaHut,yogurt,dessert,ice-cream,Dove chocolat ,pork-filled rice dumpling and seafood are the food I would never dislike.
Each day,I set aside some time to do some reading.I have read a plenty of biographies ,such as Li Kaifu,Tang jun,Niu Gensheng,Condoleezza Rice,Warren Buffet.Detective stories written by English writer Agatha Christie and books concerning hospitality management and HR management are my lovers,too.
When it comes to the entertainment,I think I could talk about it the whole day and night.I want my life to be meaningful and colourful,so I make efforts to try different ways and means to relax myself in my spare time.I have TV series like "Friends" and "Desperate housewife" to be with me ,I have Avril Lavigne's songs to be with me ,I have all kinds of sports to be with me,I have outdoor activities to be with me .
I should say,I love more things besides those listed above.If we have an eye to find beauty ,we will love our life more,we will love our world more.I will continue to find what I love,what about you ?
