I participated in an activity today, the team-work training. Though I felt a little after the whole day learning, I was very happy. During the activity, there were about fifty persons in this activity, we were seperated to four groups. We all came from different departments, so we didn't know each other totally. We played some games by group. First is a brief self-introduction one by one, after the last person in my group introduced himself, every member in the group must recited everyone's name.
Then we started our games, the purpose of the games is to improve the trust among people. The rule of one game is that one person stand in the center of a circle, who fell down naturally, and the others of the group standing as a circle to catch the person who fell down. When I was standing in the center the first time, I was really worried. I was afraid of falling down and hurt myself. And I tried to trust other members, of course, I didn't hurt. Conversely, I found when I learned to trust others, I was happy. At the same time, they trusted me, too. Therefore, I think that we should trust the people around us, such as our classmates, colleges and even some strangers. Trust is so important for everyboday and we need it in career and life. So learning to trust others!
