,Every day,we work together with colleagues.so,in the company,we have two things to deal with,one is the work for which we are responsible,the other is the relation ship between colleagues.
we often read and hear that to some extent, the relation ship with your colleagues is more important than your work,especially when you wanted to be promoted,a good and smooth relation means a high work efficiency and an unity team. A good team needs trust each other too.
