I purchased a handbag online and dramatically it not seems the one which it supposed to be, thanks the return obligatory to give it back to the vendor. If the return not sucessful, everytime i see this handbag reminds me of having done such a stupid decision. I just hope the online vendors should put the picture of the own products to self-judge by buyers.After paying the return express fee, i know next time i would rather pay the express return-insurance fee which only amount RMB less than one to make up the potential loss.
I easily understand the vendor willingly put beautiful product picture to draw buyer, but it should be based on the overall product image. You allure buyers to click your products formed by a better image which truly below the original expectation from customers and it will render the distrust between you and vendors. It seems the vendor not undertake any loss in which the buyer pay all the express fee, but you loss your onlinestore credibility and next time we skip your store.
So at last the product with good quality and store credibility may flourish in online industry, think more on product improvement will step up your online store competitiveness.
