在我父亲身上，我看到了一种温和的品性态度。他做出的最后决定之所以无须质疑，是因为他的确经过了全面周详的妥善衡量与思考；与一般人不同的是，我父亲绝不是那种贪慕虚荣之辈；先父历来勤耕耐劳；只要是有利于大家切身利益的事情，他都会洗耳恭听并举双手赞成；他坚决赞同论功行赏的原则；他的真知灼见来自于丰富的人生阅历，其中既有行之有效的成功行动，也有最后无果而终的惨痛失败。我所注意到的一点是，我父亲早已克服了稚气未脱的愤怒情结；在平等原则上，他并不觉得自己要比其他人享有额外的特权或等级；他不会强求自己的朋友在用餐时随传随到，也不会要求他们在自己出国远行的时候陪同前往，因要紧事没尽到朋友义务的人，依然被他视为真心的知己并不离不弃。

Through my father, I saw a kind of benign nature of him. The conclusion he has made beyond doubt as he thinks through all considerartion and measured everything; What makes the difference is my father never greey, he always diligent, everything benefits all, he listening carefully and approving with sincerity; he firmly agrees rewarding comes with payment principle; all his insight comes form resourceful personal experience including workable sucess guideline and devastating failure results. What i noticed well is he already overcame the temper from being unmature; he never stands his friend ready for dinner with, nor forcing friends making trouble for accompanying him when he is going abroad, he treats friends as confidance even through friends are less friend-degree when something happened on them, he treat them close forever.
