I am Irritable

Boss is still not fulfill his promise that he will employ a assistant to help me, and I told him that before he should arrange this interviewing while I am on leisure, then I have free time to teach a new person to supersede my job. However, the new busy season will come around the corner, I did not see his any process step, even I have reminded him twice, which make me so irritable.
Otherwise, I really want to have a change, I found that my oral English is so bad without training for a long times, I hope someone there can help me to find out some effective measure for progressing! I know you all will have many ways to help me, but I should remind you that I have to work from 7:30am to 6:00pm, then at least I should use one and half hours on evening both for having supper & swabing down, that means I really have no time to go out for a teacher, so pls give me some advise, I don't want to lose my oral English if I want to find a good job next year. Help, help, help!

- XIXI i agree with 刺猬 and i suggest you have a try with the listening to the VOA standard english(which you could download daily from PUT.COM), it's very short, about 5 minutes,and you could have an oral summerize by yourself~ good luck~

- i think you should do first things is to fire your current boss. i hate these greedy boss. then you may change your environment.

It is dangerous if you act imprudently without full preparation. Well, its fine, you are not leaving this year and I predicted that you will resign happily when the time is right.
Colloquial is necessary for you to practice more often, don’t worry about that you have got no partners or apt to the environment. As for me, I take great delight in reading, I don’t mean subvocalization. But I’d rather read-aloud. Day after day, this habit has changed into my daily routine. I can enjoy reading without audience or listeners. More seriously, I can ignore the world. Ha-ha… One day, I found out that I can speak English with a foreigner. He complimented me for several times.
Now I am confident to speak with whomever in English. I am not that shy sunshine anymore.
Maybe you can have a try if it works on you. Reading really works well on me.
