I SHOULD TAKE CARE OF MYSELF

Yesterday, when I can't endure my headache any more, so I take a leave to see the doctor. As expected, I catch a cold again, this is the third time my rheum recuring in this month. The doctor tell me that, " you have to take care of your body, and eat some nutritional food to supply the body, or you will recure once again." That's so bad, I have to consider this problem more seriously, I can't eat any mess-up food any more just for lazy, though it will make me full, it really can't balance my nutrition, I don't want to take my body as a joke. Um, I really need to do that, if I don't want to be a patient again.Fighting!Fighting!Fighting!
