A good begining
||
Just told you that I need to teach a new colleague, yeah, after 2 days communicating, we get a new cognition with each other. First, I teach him the theory of the work, and try to use the simple words to explain the whole process. Second, I find some old data and example to him, than request him to follow the theory to carry out the course. Then I make a check for his final work. Luckily, he is a clever boy, and with a patient heart to listen the advice and do a good job. Up to now, if he insist on the job with this kind of passion, I believe he can learn it well soon, and we can become a pair of good partner. It's really a good begining! Good luck to me!
