Riding bicycle

My colleague got a bicycle as a accessory by the new cellphone, but she can't ride the bike, as she never learn it before. Then she ask me to be a teacher and teach her this kind of vehicle. We are all grow up, to learn the bike is not a difficult thing, at least we don't worry about we will fall down from the bicycle, we are high enough. So only a week later, my colleague can ride the bike in balance by herself, it's really a good experience for her. Then for keeping health, we make a exercise plan, my colleague continue to strength her technology, at the same time, we try to ride the bicycle one hour everyday to build up our body. Imagine that we just need to persist in this plan, we will be successful to keep health & enrich our off hours, how wonderful the plan is! Go ahead!
